Recertification Credits

To record your participation in the educational sessions, use the NSPCA Verification of Attendance Form unless stated differently by your state. State forms are located on the table as you enter the educational session room.

Things to keep in mind to ensure that you receive credit for the approved sessions:

  • Read all documents carefully.
  • You MUST attend the entire session.
  • The NSPCA Verification Form MUST be punched at the end of each attended session. STATES DO NOT ALLOW THE FORM TO BE PUNCHED AT ANY OTHER TIME.
  • If your state requires the NSPCA Form, please leave the white and yellow copy with the NSPCA monitor, UNLESS YOUR STATE REQUIRES YOU TO SEND THE ORIGINAL.
  • If your state requires a course number, you MUST enter it on the NSPCA Verification Form.

Please follow the directions below for your state(s).

CO

Have the NSPCA form punched. Be sure to include Course #20197 on your verification form. Use a personal mailing address on the form NOT the address of the company. The following credits have been awarded:

***Licensed qualified supervisors and certified operators may obtain TWO (2) Continuing Education Credits in Laws and Regulations by attending AT LEAST two of the Laws and Regulations sessions listed above. A maximum of two Laws and Regulations credits will be given. If attendance at both sessions is not documented on the verification form, then only one credit will be given.
***Licensed qualified supervisors and certified operators may obtain TWO (2) Continuing Education credits in Residential/Commercial Pest Control by attending AT LEAST two of the Residential/Commercial Pest Control session listed above. A maximum of two Residential/Commercial Pest Control credits will be given. If attendance at both sessions is not documented on the verification form, then only one credit will be given.

IA

Have the NSPCA form punched. This conference is approved for Iowa CIC credit for Iowa categories 7A, 7B, 7C, 7D, 7E, and 8.  Please pick up a copy of the Iowa 2020 Rules and Regulations PowerPoint printout located on the recertification table. Please include the Iowa course number UV 20AC on your IPCA attendance form.

KS

Have the NSPCA form punched. Include course number 5444 on your form. The following sessions have been approved for 1 credit hour in the following categories:

MO

Have the NSPCA form punched. Include course number 0000VC on the form. The meeting has been approved for recertification in categories 7A – General Pest Control and 7B – Termite Pest Control. Missouri applicators must attend all sessions to earn credit and must attend session 12

NE

Have the NSPCA form punched . All requested categories are adequately addressed, and the topics and speakers meet the state certification standards for categories 08, 08W, 09 and 11.

SD

Have the NSPCA form punched. Applicators must attend both days of the conference to earn credit. You must include your SD barcode (7 digits) or your Applicator License Number on the NSPCA form. This conference has been approved for recertification for the following categories:

G - General (core)
8 - Structural, Industrial, Stored Products (Pest Control Operators)
9 - Public Health
12 - Rodent & Bird
14 – Grain Fumigation (IF the applicator attends Session 11 on Feb. 21st

WY

Have the NSPCA form punched. This conference has been approved for a maximum of 13 credits.
